How it works

Load a PDF

Click Load PDF in the sidebar to open any PDF from your device.

Switch to Edit mode & place fields

Click Switch to Edit, then click anywhere on the PDF to place a field. Pick a type — text, textarea, checkbox, or radio — give it an optional name, and click Add.

Reposition fields

In Edit mode, grab the ⠿ handle on any field and drag it to where it belongs.

Fill in the form

Click Switch to Fill and type into the fields, check boxes, or select radio options.

Save your config

Use Export config to save your PDF, field layout, and filled data as a single zip file. Restore everything later with Import config.

Print or save

Click Print / Save PDF to print the filled document or save it as a PDF via your browser's print dialog.
